Commissions are for personal use ONLY.

My artwork may be used for personal display such as profile pictures, banners, posting on socials with credit or printing for yourself, but may not be used for profit.

AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited. My work may not be used in AI datasets, engines or minted as NFTs.

I reserve the right to decline commissions outside my abilities or for subjects I will not draw.

Communication is important. If I do not receive a response within 1 week, I will proceed and deliver the artwork as is.

All payments are upfront in full through the agreed platform unless talked through otherwise.

A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) fee of 100% of the price of the commission applies if you request that I do not post your commission publicly or use it as a part of my portfolio.

complexity fee is between $5-$10 for all commissions.

Revisions are available through the entire process.

Revisions are limited to 2 per piece unless due to an error on my part. Mistakes I make will always be corrected at no cost.

Commissions may take up to a week depending on complexity, queue, heath, or personal matters.

I will keep you updated if delays occur.

if you wish to skip the queue and be priority, the fee will be $10 USD.

I, the artist, retain all rights to the commissioned artwork, You are purchasing usage rights, not ownership of the artwork itself.

I may use the artwork to:

Promote myself and my services.

Post on social media and in my portfolio.

Exceptions:

If an NDA was purchased, the artwork will not be posted or used for promotional purposes.

I may cancel and refund your commission at any time.

You may cancel before payment is made.

Once full payment is received refunds are not available.

Chargebacks are strictly prohibited

Filing a chargeback will:

Forfeit your rights to use the artwork.

Place you on a public blacklist (with evidence).

Allow me to resell or reuse the artwork as i see fit.

You may:

Use the artwork for personal purposes only

Print the artwork for yourself.

Post it on Social Media with credit to my discord ''@.mammoney_''

You may NOT:

Use the artwork commercially without permission.

Commission art using my Work

Claim the artwork as your own or fail to credit me.

Remove signatures/watermarks.

Resell or redistribute the artwork.

Modify the artwork without my consent.

By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms above.
